Whether you're facing a specific issue, at a crossroads in life, or simply want to gain insight into something on your mind, Single Session Therapy (SST) offers an opportunity to explore what matters most—without the commitment of ongoing sessions.
Single Session Therapy is a planned, stand-alone session designed to help you work through a specific concern. While it's possible that further sessions may be helpful later, the intention is that this one session provides meaningful support on its own.
Single Session Therapy may be a good fit if:
You’re facing a specific decision or dilemma
You want to talk something through in a confidential space
You're curious about therapy but not ready for a longer-term commitment
You’ve had therapy before and want a refresher or check-in
You’re in between sessions with another therapist and need a one-off space to reflect
Each session is:
Focused on the concern or goal you bring
Held online or in-person (depending on availability)
Guided by your needs, with supportive listening and gentle challenge where helpful
Before the session, I’ll invite you to fill in a questionnaire and briefly share what you’d like to focus on. This helps us make the most of our time together.

Many clients find that one well-timed session is enough. Others choose to return for another session later on. There’s no obligation to book more unless you feel it would be beneficial.
