Appointments & Fees

I know how difficult it is to take the first step so I offer a short initial consultation by telephone, we can discuss your needs and expectations of therapy and get to know each other a little. If I feel you require alternative therapy I will do my best to refer you to someone I believe suitable.

If you would like to commence therapy, we will make your first appointment.

initial session £45 and thereafter £55 per session

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and 45 minutes for children up to 16 years of age. They are usually on the same day/time every week, also if appropriate we can arrange fortnightly sessions. I am presently working mainly online or by phone but in-person counselling can be arranged.

Therapy is available for children from 11 years upwards (excluding school work which is 6 yr plus, young people and for all adults of any age.

I offer short and long-term counselling, I work with you to decide what feels right for you. How many sessions you have will depend on what you want to work on and what you would like to achieve.

Our work together will be reviewed regularly, and you are free to terminate future sessions, there is no commitment.

I operate flexible hours to include daytime and evening appointments.  Weekend appointments can be negotiated.

I do not charge for counselling appointments cancelled before 24 hrs notice. But within 24 hrs full rate is required.

I accept payment upon booking by Bank transfer only - all payments must be received 24 hrs before appointment or the appointment will be cancelled.

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.' I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
